Balise Auto Group is seeking a dedicated BDC Associate to join our Customer Service team. You will respond to inquiries via phone and email, provide info on vehicles and services, and set up sales appointments to drive online sales growth.

The role involves outbound calls, following up on leads, and maintaining a professional attitude while building relationships with customers and vendors. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

BDC Associate - Customer Service RepresentativeWe are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Rep to join our team.
