Job summary

Hyundai of North Miami is seeking a Service BDC Administrator to manage inbound service calls and schedule appointments, delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact. You will coordinate with Service Advisors and the Service Manager to maximize bookings while maintaining precise customer records.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and prior dealership or call center exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 18+.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and building relationships.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Automotive dealership or call center experience preferred, but we will train.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments.
• Contact customers to confirm, reschedule, and follow up on service visits.
• Respond to online service inquiries, texts, and emails promptly.
• Help create an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction.
• Work closely with Service Advisors and the Service Manager to maximize appointment opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records.
