Sommer’s Automotive in Mequon, WI is hiring a full-time Automotive BDC Agent. No automotive experience needed. Respond to inquiries, schedule service appointments, and support sales and service teams.

This base hourly plus commission role offers 40–45 hours per week, a 90-day pay guarantee, and a compensation range of $50,000 to $65,000 annually, with health insurance, disability and retirement benefits.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
• Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to confirm details.
• Handle customer questions regarding service options, promotions, and general inquiries.
• Follow up with leads and generate new opportunities for the sales and service departments.
• Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with various marketing campaigns to drive new customer leads and business.
• Meet and exceed individual performance goals related to lead generation, customer satisfaction, and appointment scheduling.
