Job summary

eBay's WHI Solutions unit is seeking a Customer Growth & Activation Specialist to drive onboarding and activation for Nexpart, a leading B2B auto-parts marketplace. You will run high-volume outreach to repair shops, dealerships, and distributors, qualify opportunities, and guide customers to their first orders.

You’ll manage onboarding campaigns, re-engagement, and feature adoption, while capturing activity in Salesforce and sharing customer insights with Product and Support teams.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has experience in inside sales, SDR/BDR, customer onboarding or customer success.
• They enjoy a high volume of customer conversations and are self-motivated, organized, and able to learn software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound prospecting to target repair shops, dealerships and distributors through calls, emails and sequences.
• Qualify interest and explain Nexpart fits each customer’s workflow; get them signed up.
• Lead onboarding and activation outreach; set up new accounts and guide first orders.
• Engage existing customers to re-engage low-activity accounts and introduce new features.
• Capture all customer data in Salesforce and track activation status.
• Act as voice of the customer to share feedback with team, Support and Product.
