About the Position of Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling work, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, and maintaining safety standards.

About the Position of Service Manager

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and under-car repair services, directs workflow of technicians, and ensures customer satisfaction through timely, high-quality vehicle repairs. They also drive sales initiatives and communicate with customers to assess needs and provide information about repairs and maintenance.

Qualifications
