Base pay range

We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Sayre, PA area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

About the Position of Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. They are responsible for enforcing policies, scheduling work, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining team safety.

About the Position of Service Manager

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and repairs, directs workflow of technicians, and ensures customer satisfaction through timely, high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance. They communicate with customers, assess needs, provide repair information, and strive to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications
