Base pay range

Mavis Tire, including Tire Kingdom & Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices, is seeking full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers in North Fort Myers, FL. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the U.S.

About the Positions

Assistant Manager

Supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling technicians, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely work, and maintaining safety standards.

Service Manager

Helps customers select tires and recommends repairs. Oversees workflow of mechanics and technicians, ensures customer satisfaction, and drives sales initiatives. Communicates with customers to assess needs and provide information about repairs and maintenance.

Qualifications
