Assistant Manager: Supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling, managing orders, ensuring quality work, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining safety.
Service Manager: Assists customers with tire selections and recommends repairs. Ensures customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality repairs, directing workflow, communicating with customers, and meeting sales goals.
