Base Pay Range

$40,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

About the Position
  • We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our automotive service and retail tire sales centers in Port Charlotte, FL. Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the U.S. with over 2,000 retail locations.
  • Assistant Manager: Supports the Store Manager in ensuring efficient, safe, and effective store operations, enforcing policies, scheduling staff, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely work, and maintaining safety standards.
  • Service Manager: Assists customers with tire selections and repairs, directs workflow of technicians, ensures customer satisfaction, and drives sales initiatives.

Qualifications
