About the Position

We are looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our automotive service and retail tire sales centers in Naples, FL. With over 2,000 locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the U.S.

Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely work completion, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining safety standards.

Service Manager

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and under-car repairs, directs workflow of technicians, and ensures customer satisfaction through high-quality, timely vehicle repairs and maintenance. They also promote sales initiatives and communicate with customers to assess needs and provide information on repairs and maintenance.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
