**Responsibilities**

• Manage and direct all automotive and general service technicians in the operation of the shop.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, listen and consult with customers.
• Follow up with customers regarding services requested, estimated completion times, etc.
• Oversee vehicle inspections and make comprehensive recommendations, build computerized repair orders, and source parts.
• Discuss pricing estimates with customers and promote shop service specials.
• Supervise up to five employees.
• Oversee technicians' inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of domestic, European, and Asian cars and light trucks.
• Maintain inventory counts.
• Ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**

• Minimum of 2 years of store or service management experience.
• General automotive knowledge.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Leadership and team-building abilities.
• Ability to work flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license.
