Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Assistant Service Manager to assist the Service Manager in managing daily Front of House operations. If you have a passion for Legendary Food, Service, and People, apply today!

Responsibilities of an Assistant Service Manager

• Oversees service in the Front of House
• Enforces compliance with employment policies
• Oversees/approves all Front of House side work
• Provides and oversees thorough training
• Works during peak times to set the pace in the Front of House
• Manages through hands-on supervision, including assisting with serving, hosting, or cooking as needed
• Ensures 100% table visitation to gather customer insights and assist in developing sales strategies
• Leads by example to develop employees and assistants
• Helps cross-train employees
• Oversees scheduling for designated departments
• Develops sales promotions and conducts rallies
• Ensures compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training
• Practices safe food handling procedures
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
• Helps manage guest flow
• Assists with liquor inventory and ordering
• Supports local marketing efforts to build sales
• Maintains the restaurant's culture and core values: passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
