This role requires cross-functional leadership, travel up to 20%, and a relentless focus on quality as a launch-critical function.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years automotive quality / manufacturing quality experience.
• Experience with APQP and PPAP processes.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 QMS.
• Proven RCA and 8D problem solving ability.

Aufgaben

• Own APQP across all phases of NPD.
• Lead PPAP readiness with customers and suppliers.
• Drive CAPA and 8D problem solving to eliminate root causes.
• Ensure MSA and Gage R&R validation are completed and capable.
• Apply SPC and capability analyses (Cp/Cpk, Pp, Ppk) to validate processes.
