Join Our Team as a Ford Automotive Service Scheduler!

Are you organized, customer-focused, and passionate about providing exceptional service? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Ford Automotive Service Scheduler. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive efficient and top-notch service for their Ford vehicles.

Position: Ford Automotive Service Scheduler

Location: Johnson Ford, Burlington NJ

Hours: Monday to Friday, With Saturday Rotation.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound and Inbound Calls: Engage with customers to schedule service appointments and provide updates.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate service appointments based on customer preferences and availability.
  • Shuttle Services: Arrange shuttle rides for customers when needed, and perform shuttle rides if needed.
  • Vehicle Drop-offs and Pick-ups: Coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups to ensure smooth service operations perform pick-up and delivery of customers vehicles when needed.
  • Support Service Desk: Assist the service desk with administrative tasks and customer inquiries as needed.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the willingness to assist colleagues and support team goals.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or scheduling roles preferred.
