Job description

This position is located in Wichita Falls, Texas. Hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm Central Standard Time. Candidates MUST have clear English communication skills and a stable internet connection. The role requires a passion for talking to people, building relationships, staying focused, and meeting weekly goals for closing new business. This is a remote position with the potential to earn $45-60K in the first year.

Responsibilities:
  1. Prospect and Customer Interaction:
  • Outbound calls to offer services and products, gather feedback, greet, and assist customers professionally.
  • Contact prospects via phone or email.
  • Provide product information and assistance to prospects.
  1. Sales Support:
  • Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain and update prospect databases and records.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels as needed.
  • Engage in professional networking via LinkedIn.
  • Meet outbound call goals.
  • Experience with social media marketing and content creation on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  1. Prospect & Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Follow up to ensure customer needs are met and resolve issues.
  • Manage customer feedback and reviews.
  1. Product Knowledge:
  • Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Train and educate new sales team members on product details.
  1. Reporting:
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and performance analyses for the sales team and management.
Operations:

Assist in HR operations and support clients as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration.
