A leading company in home care is seeking an Off Hours Scheduler to ensure timely client care and collaborate with caregivers. This remote role requires effective communication and organizational skills, along with a high school diploma and pertinent scheduling experience. You'll be essential in managing client schedules and supporting caregivers in their duties.
The role of the Off Hours Scheduler is to ensure that clients care needs are met in the shortest amount of time possible with consistency in scheduling. In addition to supporting caregivers with their shift preferences and availability, the Off Hours Scheduler works collaboratively across departments and documents appropriately.
The Off Hours Scheduler reports to the Sr. Scheduling Manager. Weekends begin at 5pm on Fridays and end at 8:30am on Mondays. Off Hours Scheduler isalso responsible for holiday coverage and holidays are rotated among supervisors.
