Job summary

DELO Industrial Adhesives LLC in the Boston area is seeking an experienced Applications Engineer to drive complex adhesive and equipment projects for the automotive market. You will develop customer-specific solutions through full process integration and work closely with Sales Engineering to identify and implement the right technical solutions.

You will support DELO Equipment activities, including UV LED lamps and dispensing systems, travel domestically and internationally, and provide on-site,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Process, Materials, Automation, Electrical or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a technical environment; ideally as an Application Engineer in adhesives or automotive sector.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Ability to identify and implement technical solutions independently and systematically.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer-specific solutions through full process integration.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering to identify and implement technical solutions.
• Support DELO Equipment Activities including UV LED lamps and dispensing systems.
• Provide technical consultation to customers across North America with Sales Engineers.
• Conduct feasibility studies and present results to stakeholders.
• Maintain communication with DELO teams worldwide.
• Provide on-site, virtual, or phone-based technical support to sales engineers.
