Job summary

DELO is seeking an Applications Engineer to drive development of customer-specific adhesive solutions in the automotive market from our Boston area office. You will lead projects from concept to full process integration, collaborating closely with Sales Engineering and other DELO teams across North America.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; Master’s welcome.
• 5+ years in a technical environment, preferably as an Application Engineer in adhesive or automotive sectors.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong ability to solve complex problems independently and systematically.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer-specific solutions through full process integration.
• Support and manage DELO Equipment Activities (UV LED lamps and dispensing systems).
• Provide technical consultations to customers across North America with Sales Engineers.
• Identify new technologies with Sales and Product Management and implement them in customers’ processes.
