Job summary

Del Grande Dealer Group in San Jose, CA is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. You will maintain relationships with vendors, process invoices, review payments, and ensure data accuracy in CDK and Coupa.

This in-office position requires 2+ years in accounts payable at an automotive dealership, strong typing (45 WPM), attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with both independent and collaborative work styles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience within an automotive dealership
• CDK experience required
• Coupa payment system experience, or experience with a similar payment system, required
• Ability to balance high-volume accounts
• Ability to type at least 45 WPM
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to work overtime as needed during month-end

Responsibilities

• Enter and review invoices, vouchers, and payment requests
• Balance vendor statements and maintain aged items under 15 days
• Research and resolve accounts payable issues directly with vendors
• Resolve account-related issues with dealership teams
• Prepare accounts for payment and verify data accuracy within the system
• Issue parts reimbursement checks
