Job summary

Drivo LLC Accounts Payable Specialist role overseeing vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations in CDK. You will work with Parts, Service, Sales, and management to ensure timely, accurate payables and strong internal controls.

Requirements include hands-on CDK experience, 1–2 years AP or related accounting, and a high school diploma (degree preferred). Automotive dealership accounting experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CDK experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of accounts payable or related accounting experience; automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of vendor account reconciliation, GL coding, and payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process vendor invoices accurately in CDK with correct details.
• Review invoices for supporting documents and approvals before payment.
• Prepare payments by check, ACH, or wire following internal controls.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies before payment.
• Support month-end close and general ledger reconciliation.
• Respond to vendor inquiries timely and professionally.
