• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Match invoices to purchase orders, repair orders, and supporting documentation.
• Verify invoice coding, approvals, and GL accounts.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare and process payments per company procedures.
• Maintain organized accounts payable files.
• Communicate with vendors and dealership departments to resolve questions.
• Assist with month-end closing and other accounting duties.
