Job summary

Pohanka Nissan-Hyundai in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a Payables/Receivables Clerk to join our Accounting Team. You will process payables invoices for three locations, issue vendor payments on time, and monitor receivables aging to ensure timely collections.

The ideal candidate has experience with dealership operations, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• CDK experience preferred.
• Dealership experience preferred.
• Strong multi-tasking and organization skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process Payables invoices for 3 locations.
• Issue payments to vendors in a timely manner.
• Process Receivable payments and follow up on aging items.
• Perform reconciliations.
• Maintain schedules.
• Meet deadlines.
