As a jack-of-all-trades in a supportive office, you will process paperwork, assist with sales documents, and help various departments. Join a team that emphasizes growth and collaboration while you expand your skills.

Qualifications

• Experience is helpful, but attitude and work ethic are more important.
• Automotive or dealership experience is NOT required; we are willing to teach you.
• Able to learn multiple administrative functions throughout the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain dealership paperwork, reports, and records.
• Assist with vehicle sales documentation, titles, incentives, and related paperwork.
• Perform data entry and invoice processing.
• Maintain accurate and organized files.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and dealership employees.
• Assist our Sales, Service, Parts, Finance, and Management teams when needed.
• Prepare reports and track dealership information.
• Learn different administrative functions throughout the dealership.
• Jump in to help the team wherever needed.
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as you grow within the position.
