Gwinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced Automotive Office Manager in Georgia to oversee the accounting office, ensure accurate financial records, and supervise staff. The role reports to the Controller and offers growth opportunities within a large dealer group.

The ideal candidate has automotive accounting experience, strong leadership, and excellent analytical and communication skills, with proficiency across multiple DMS applications. Benefits and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Accounting office management experience required.
• Automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial records with all departments to ensure accuracy and proper documentation; ensure taxes are paid; paperwork completed correctly.
• Reconcile floorplan, factory payables/receivables, bank accounts, and finance reserves.
• Maintain tag & title knowledge and processes.
• Provide management assistance to other departments as necessary.
• Report to the Controller and supervise accounting personnel and receptionists.
