Responsibilities

• Process and maintain dealership paperwork, reports, and records.
• Assist with vehicle sales documentation, titles, and related paperwork.
• Perform data entry and invoice processing.
• Maintain accurate and organized files.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and staff.
• Support Sales, Service, Parts, Finance, and Management teams as needed.
• Prepare reports and track dealership information.
• Learn and perform different administrative functions across the dealership.
• Join the team in tasks and take on additional responsibilities as you grow.
