Qualifications

• Automotive dealership accounting experience is a MUST.
• Strong computer skills, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile bank deposits.
• Perform schedule reconciliations and assist with general accounting tasks.
• Maintain organized filing systems (digital & physical).
• Assist with car deal paperwork, contracts, and compliance.
• Support new & used vehicle stocking documentation.
• Provide administrative overflow support to the office team.
• Verify, compile, and process dealership forms and reports.
