Qualifications

• Able to hunt down inventory from multiple sources (leads, service drive, outgoing prospecting).
• Confident negotiator who can close deals and control conversations.
• Comfortable talking money and asking for the deal; builds trust quickly.

Responsibilities

• Hunt down inventory – inbound leads, equity mining, service drive, and outbound prospecting.
• Appraise and purchase vehicles with speed and confidence.
• Negotiate directly with customers – phone, text, email, and in person.
• Use CRM to ensure no missed opportunities and proactive follow-up.
• Track market pricing, demand, and trends daily.
• Partner with Sales & Service to identify high-demand inventory needs.
• Ensure clean deals with titles, Carfax, and documentation.
