• Coachable, competitive, and results-driven.
• Automotive experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads (phone, text, email).
• Qualify prospects and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Set and confirm showroom appointments (primary KPI).
• Control conversations and close for commitment.
• Follow a proven SDR-style sales process.
• Use CRM daily.
• Hit daily activity goals and monthly quotas.
