Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable or general accounting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, code, and process vendor invoices for payment.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders, receipts, and docs.
• Match invoices to departments and expense accounts.
• Enter accounts payable invoices into the dealership system.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies.
• Prepare and process vendor payments per policy.
• Maintain organized accounts payable files.
• Assist with month-end closing and AP reconciliations.
• Monitor aging and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payments and status.
• Support other accounting duties as needed.
