Koons Tysons Toyota is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk focused on DSS Specialist responsibilities to review and verify invoicing according to Asbury guidelines. You will process paperwork promptly and communicate issues to the Office Manager and Controller.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork in an open office, and experience in automotive accounting or Tekion is preferred. Candidates should have 2+ years in a busy office environment and pass pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail is required.
• 1-2 years accounts payable experience preferred.
• Two years in a busy office environment preferred.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test).
• Automotive accounting experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review and verify all paperwork in accordance with Asbury guidelines.
• Process paperwork in a timely manner.
• Communicate and resolve any and all issues with Office Manager and Controller.
• Post any corrections daily, if necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by your direct Supervisor.
