Doherty Automotive is seeking an Accounting Clerk to handle a range of daily accounting and administrative tasks for a busy dealership. You will post transactions to the general ledger, process vendor invoices, manage inventory records, and assist with month-end close.

Applicants should have basic accounting knowledge, be comfortable with Tekion or similar dealership software, and demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Basic accounting knowledge required.
• Experience with Tekion or similar dealership accounting software preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Reconciling and posting daily deposits to the general ledger.
• Posting payable invoices, reconciling statements and processing vendor payments.
• Stocking in new and dealer trade inventory.
• Processing outgoing dealer trades.
• Processing warranty and aftermarket cancellations.
• Maintaining and reconciling accounting schedules regularly.
• Assisting with month-end close and special projects.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
