Job summary

Southern-441-Toyota- seeks an experienced Automotive Accounting Office Manager for a full-time role in Florida. You will support the Controller, oversee daily and monthly accounting tasks, and help ensure accuracy and internal controls in a busy dealership environment.

The position requires a minimum of two years in automotive accounting, with Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred. It offers growth opportunities and a focus on work/life balance within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• At least two years automotive accounting experience.
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred.
• Maintain strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Controller with daily and monthly tasks.
• Provide support to Accounting team as needed, including training.
• Work with Accounting team to ensure completion of tasks.
• Weekly schedule reconciliation.
• Maintain internal controls to safeguard dealership assets and ensure policy compliance.
