Qualifications

• 1+ years automotive dealership office experience preferred.
• Experience with automotive billing, deal processing, or dealership accounting is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with automotive billing, deal processing, and reviewing vehicle sales documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Support data entry, recordkeeping, filing, and document management in the accounting office.
• Assist accounts payable, invoice processing, and general accounting tasks as needed.
• Provide administrative support with vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure paperwork is processed timely.
• Collaborate with other departments to obtain information and resolve discrepancies.
• Support daily accounting office tasks and special projects as needed.
