Job summary

Jackie Cooper Imports, part of Cooper Auto Group, is accepting applications for an Accounting Clerk in our Tulsa, OK accounting department. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Our ideal candidate has some exposure to automotive retail accounting, or a strong interest in accounting and administrative work. You will handle tasks like reviewing deals, scanning paperwork, and supporting AR/AP and the office manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or combination of education and experience
• PAYCOM / CDK experience preferred
• Automotive accounting and/or tag agency experience preferred
• Strong organizational, administrative and time management skills
• Able to communicate effectively with internal customers, managers and automotive retail sales staff

Responsibilities

• Reviewing retail deals as they arrive from Finance and Insurance for accuracy.
• Scanning funding paperwork and deal jackets
• Entering Cash In Transit notes in Reverse Risk.
• Assisting filing clerk with deal jacket files.
• Assisting Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable as needed
• Assisting Office Manager as needed

Jackie Cooper Imports is accepting applications for an Accounting Clerk in our Accounting department in Tulsa, OK. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Our ideal candidate has some exposure to automotive retail accounting, though anyone with an interest and aptitude for accounting and/or administrative workisencouraged to apply. Candidates need to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment handling multiple projects. Soft skills include excellent communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
