Job summary

Yanfeng US Automotive Interior Systems I LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to develop pricing proposals, negotiate terms with customers, and secure orders while maintaining strong relationships across automotive manufacturing accounts. The role requires travel to customer locations and collaboration with multiple internal teams to address commercial needs.

Qualifications

5-9 years of combined Finance Management and/or Sales experience.
3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
Willingness to travel and work at customer sites, including plants.

Responsibilities

Develop pricing and commercial proposals and negotiate with customers.
Maintain customer relationships and resolve issues; communicate needs to relevant departments.
Identify and pursue opportunities to improve YFSS financial performance.
Secure POs and coordinate with internal teams; may use customers’ quotation systems.
Negotiate engineering changes and manage prototype quotations.
Prepare and maintain customer price breakdown and tooling price forms.
Resolve customer open issues across purchasing, SCE, CIT, tooling, and operations.
Manage accounts receivable escalations and service accounts.
