Jenkins Chevrolet Of Venice is seeking an Accessories Sales Manager to lead a team, manage inventory, and drive profit through strategic upselling and effective merchandising. You will partner with Parts and Service to fulfill orders, train staff, and optimize customer experiences across the dealership's accessory offerings.

The role requires a proven commission-based sales track record, strong math and communication skills, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven success in a commission sales environment.
• Strong math skills and ability to calculate percentages.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Previous automotive sales experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills; well organized and self-motivated.
• Know and understand laws governing retail.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts goals and objectives for sales, gross, and expenses monthly and annually.
• Uncover customers' wants and offer accessories that satisfy needs.
• Coordinate with Parts and Service to complete orders.
• Promote accessories in service lounge and follow up for satisfaction.
• Hire, motivate, and monitor accessory sales staff performance.
• Prepare annual operating forecast and budget for sales.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local retail regulations.
