Job summary

Radco in Blaine, MN seeks an automotive accessory installer. You will professionally install aftermarket equipment, ensuring proper fitment, function, and safety, while delivering outstanding guest service. The role includes a Saturday premium and a 5-day workweek with Sundays off, with training opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Install aftermarket accessories on guests' vehicles with careful fitment, function, and safety.
• Handle a variety of accessories (lift kits, running boards, toppers, lighting, wiring, exhaust, etc.).
• Communicate with Guests to understand desires, provide recommendations, and explain installation steps.
• Provide updates to Guests during installation and demonstrate product use after installation.
• Read and interpret installation manuals, use tools, troubleshoot, and perform quality checks.
• Maintain safety guidelines and ensure installations are precise and professional.
• Diagnose and resolve installation issues.
