Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in automotive aftermarket installations is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn; strong training opportunities provided by the company.
- Ability to read installation manuals and follow procedures.
Responsibilities
- Install accessories on Guest vehicles with emphasis on quality and workmanship.
- Work with lift kits, running boards, toppers, brush guards, snowplows, wiring and related accessories.
- Communicate with Guests to understand needs, provide recommendations, and explain installation steps.
- Provide updates to Guests during the installation process.
- Read and interpret installation manuals, use tools, troubleshoot issues, and perform quality checks.
- Demonstrate product usage and features to Guests post-installation.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure installations are correct and safe.
- Diagnose and resolve installation issues and maintain precision.
