Job summary

Toyota of Olympia in Tumwater, WA is looking for an Automotive Accessories Advisor who guides customers through personalization options after their purchase, coordinating with Parts and Service to ensure a seamless install.

You will review accessory orders, schedule installations, keep customers informed, and partner with a supportive leadership team to deliver a first-class experience built on teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience as Automotive Service Advisor is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple accessory orders and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Review accessory orders submitted by the Accessories Sales Team
• Contact customers after vehicle delivery to review their accessory order
• Schedule installation appointments based on shop availability
• Work with the parts department to get all of the parts ordered
• Verify all parts have arrived prior to the customer's appointment
• Communicate with Parts, Service, Sales, and the Accessories Sales Team
• Check customers in for their installation appointment
• Monitor each repair order throughout the installation process
• Keep customers updated on timing and progress
• Review completed work for accuracy and quality
• Deliver the completed vehicle to the customer
• Explain completed installations and answer questions
• Process repair orders and any payments that had not already been made
• Follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction
