Ed Napleton Automotive Group, located at Hyundai of Carmel in Indianapolis, seeks an Automotive Master Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles to factory standards. This role offers top pay for top talent and opportunities to work with the latest equipment in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years as a Journeyman Technician, strong diagnostic skills across brakes, electrical, fuel systems, suspension and A/C, and a commitment to ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Journeyman Technician.
• Strong diagnostic skills across braking, hydraulic, electrical, suspension and A/C systems.
• Willingness to undergo background check per local law/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical customers or employees as required.
• Continuously update technical skills through formal training sessions to stay current with automotive technology.
• Keep store management informed of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.

Located at Hyundai of Carmel, the Automotive- A Level Technician is responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Journeyman Technician required.
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
