Job summary

The Yoder Family of Companies is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and inspire our sales team across sales, operations, customer satisfaction, and profitability. You will champion service excellence, ensuring every customer’s needs are met and processes are followed with integrity.

As a leader, you will guide a high-performing team, collaborate with marketing, oversee pricing, and present financing options with transparency to maximize revenue and customer care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of F&I experience (required).
• 5+ years of automotive sales experience (required).
• 5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve goals.
• Collaborate with marketing to keep our website and advertising campaigns up to date.
• Oversee vehicle merchandising, lot organization, and accurate pricing.
• Ensure all sales paperwork is complete, compliant, and clearly explained to customers.
• Present financing, insurance, and protection products with transparency and care.
• Appraise trade-ins and support the sales team in closing deals.
• Conduct engaging daily and weekly sales meetings and trainings.
• Promote teamwork and uphold our core values in every interaction.
