Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience in electrical engineering or related field.
• OSHA training/certification and knowledge of safety programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to manage maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of new warehouse equipment and technologies.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure technologies perform as expected.
• Lead and coach a team of maintenance workers.
• Plan, schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Ensure preventive maintenance across automation, conveyors, and related systems.
