Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse maintenance leadership or facility leadership with fleet management.
• Proficient in MS Office and other computer programs including presentation software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with diplomacy and discretion.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Analytical and reporting skills.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building codes; inspect facilities.
• Oversee MHE preventive maintenance and repairs; manage material handling systems.
• Inspect electrical and hydraulic systems and manage cleaning, waste disposal, and parking services.
• Maintain maintenance logs and ensure department standards are met.
• Oversee procurement of maintenance supplies and manage contractor relations.
• Monitor utilities usage and implement energy-saving measures.
• Direct maintenance staff; organize security and general administrative services.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
