Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required or preferred.
• At least 3 years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS.

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise frontline receiving personnel to ensure inbound functions are efficient and accurate
• Ensure team adheres to policies, inventory controls, safety and service standards
• Coach and develop operational staff on performance
• Define productivity expectations and monitor progress

• Ensure safety compliance across the team
