Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain conveyors, automated material handling systems, motors, VFDs, sensors, and other warehouse equipment in a fast-paced distribution center.

The role emphasizes safety, problem solving, and operational excellence, with an overnight schedule typical of 10-hour shifts and potential overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency plus 1 year of experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite and related software applications.
• Forklift operating experience or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electric order pickers, electric reach trucks, and propane forklifts.
• Ensure all warehouse equipment and systems perform optimally to meet nightly production and shipping goals.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic, and electrical equipment used in Material Handling Systems.
• Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance and update repair logs.
• Assemble and install equipment, cabinetry, appliances, and furniture.
