• Monitor KPIs to ensure new technologies perform as expected.
• Ensure automated warehouse systems are maintained and operational at all times.
• Maintain a robust preventative maintenance system for automation and conveyors.
• Coach and manage a team of maintenance staff.
• Train direct reports and warehouse staff on automation systems.
• Plan and oversee maintenance and repair work and handle emergencies.
• Order and receive supplies and maintain inventories including parts.
• Adapt work hours and shifts as necessary to support operations.
