Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Must have demonstrable knowledge of VB, C#, C, motion control, and image analysis.
• Additional software development and automation experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work in a team.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain DOE clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support automated manufacturing and inspection systems.
• Develop software for motion control, data acquisition, and operator interfaces.
• Integrate applications with third‑party hardware and software.
• Create test plans and user manuals; assist with installation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams.
