Automation Test Lead
Location: Coppell, TX

Required Qualifications:
* BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
* Lead with 12+ years of experience to join our team
* Experience in Java, Selenium
* Practiced lean methodologies, like Scrum, Kanban or XP
* Experience with BDD frameworks such as JBEHAVE/CUCUMBER
* Experience in building and customizing automation frameworks
* API development fundamentals - HTTP, REST principles
* GIT experience

Roles/Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality and functionality.
* Oversee the automation of test scripts using tools such as Cucumber, Selenium, and TestNG.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior quality engineers to enhance their skills and performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software.
* Utilize Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous deployment to streamline the testing process.
* Implement and maintain test automation frameworks using Java and JavaScript.
* Conduct thorough testing of PL/SQL scripts to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
