Infosys is seeking an API Automation Test Lead.

As a QA Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert, reviewing the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategies & design, and lead execution to ensure high-quality outcomes. You will also design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios, collaborating with top industry talent to create innovative, defect-free solutions that meet client needs. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience can substitute each year of education.
• At least 4 years of IT experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Work location at multiple Infosys Hub Locations; travel may be required.
• Minimum 4 years of QA testing experience.
• Knowledge of full SDLC lifecycle.
• Experience with Lean/Agile methodologies.

Preferred Experience:

• Understanding of integration testing principles and testing interactions/interfaces between applications and systems.
• Ability to create comprehensive test plans considering specific requirements and dependencies.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Proficiency in designing test cases for various scenarios, including batch processing and online screens.
• Understanding of system architecture including Batch, Java Front End/Back End, Informatica, and data systems.
• Experience with Cucumber/Jasmine/Mocha WebdriverIO frameworks.
• Proficiency with Git, Jenkins, Github Actions for version control and CI/CD.
• Experience with JEST and Typescript for API automation, and WebdriverIO/Typescript for UI automation.
• Understanding of batch processing, data validation, and data integrity assurance.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with team members.

The role involves extended periods working at a computer, communication via telephone, email, or face-to-face, and potential travel as required.
