Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years of engineering technologist experience or related technical role.
• Ability to work in a Penicillin/Cephalosporin facility.
• Project management experience.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge preferred.
• CAD or 3D design tools experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement reliability improvements.
• Diagnose and repair automation systems (PLCs, servos, robotics, HMIs).
• Troubleshoot mechanical systems on automated and conventional equipment.
• Manage medium to large technical projects and align with engineering direction.
• Provide engineering support within project teams and drive improvements.
• Install, validate, and implement equipment modifications with proper documentation.
• Investigate root causes and recommend practical improvements.
• Perform hardware and software updates with change control adherence.
• Prepare SOPs for electrical control systems.
• Prepare SOPs for mechanical systems and equipment.
• Work independently and with multi-functional teams on process improvements.
• Coordinate tasks with strong project management to ensure execution.
